4.RM100 DEPOSIT is require upon Condo confirm
 

5. The balance of payment plus RM 100 for a deposit had to be paid upon collection of room keys

6. Once booking is confirmed, no amendment and cancellation will be entertained
 

7  . Please Booking before Check-In Date, Walk-in guests will not be entertained
